Covid-19 update

Optimism is a superpower! At FEST, we always look on the bright side – in all we do – and stay positive when things get rough. This mindset enables us to continue to offer you the best service possible, even in these times of Covid restrictions. Here’s how we go about it:  

Covid-proof services Our stores are open. Prefer doing it online? Our virtual doors are always open, also if you need interior advice. In addition, video shopping, ordering free fabric samples, and shop by appointment in the stores are all still possible. What does this mean? You can read about that here.

Our service is delayed It's busy at FEST. We’re happy about that, but it's so busy that you'll probably have to wait a little longer for your order to arrive or your question to be answered. Please know that we’re doing everything we can to deliver and respond as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Lead times for made to order furniture  Due to the pandemic, the producers of our made to order products are a bit behind schedule. We don’t want to hurry them, as they need their time to create high-quality furniture. For that reason, it might take an extra two weeks for them to finish your new FEST item. Please take this into account when ordering products that are made to order.

Lead times for in-stock products  Due to the pandemic, the producers of our in-stock products are a bit behind schedule. At the same time, the demand is higher than expected. This combination causes products to be temporarily out of stock. We are working hard to re-stock all products.

Delivery  Ordered today = shipped today*. But please keep in mind that all delivery services are extremely busy. Our advice? Place your order well in time to avoid delays.

*This only applies to our home décor, side tables and coffee tables.

Shipments of (large) furniture

The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: we still offer full-service delivery. Our delivery staff will keep all Covid rules in mind.
